Aixa and Gus run a farm called Proyecto Agroecologico Campesino (PAC) in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. We travelled there in 2019 and spent a couple of days in their home and on the field, interviewing, learning from, and working alongside them.
This episode is formed from a two hour interview turned converation with added animation to complement some of the ideas Aixa, Gus, and our group spoke about.
